Check-in

Guests can check in from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Please do not enter the room before the designated check-in time unless early check-in has been arranged in advance.

Check-out

Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM

Please complete your check-out and leave the room by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Early Check-in

Early check-in may be available depending on room preparation and availability. An additional ¥1,000 / hour fee applies for early check-in.

Please contact us in advance if you would like to request early check-in.

Self Check-in

Our hotel uses a self check-in system. Detailed check-in instructions and the room access code will be provided on your check-in day by 3:00 PM.

The access code is valid from 3:00 PM on your check-in day.
